Dear Floor Store customer,
In the current environment, it's important for all of us to shop smarter and more consciously. We are taking the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak very seriously and we want to update you with the steps we are taking to ensure your health and safety in our store and in your home.
We are following guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and in addition to our standard cleaning procedures and have invested additional time daily into our store to allow for more frequent and deeper cleaning.
We also know that many of you have scheduled in-home consultations. We are making sure all our staff is using hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes and using caution before entering your home. If you have any concerns, call us at (916) 436-8030.
We have also created a policy requiring all team members to stay home if they’re feeling ill or have symptoms of a respiratory infection. In short, we are doing everything possible to keep our customers safe and our store clean, and we remain open for business.
We will continue to monitor this evolving situation and adjust procedures, if necessary, so we can continue to safely enable everyone to affordably make their house a home.
